The International Symposium on Compound Semiconductors gives away three prestigious awards: the Welker Award, the Quantum Devices Award, and the Young Scientist Award, established by Siemens AG and now supported by Infineon Technologies AG, Fujitsu Quantum Devices Ltd., now Eudyna Devices Inc., and the Symposium's International Advisory Committee.
