The International Symposium on Compound Semiconductors (ISCS) has a long standing tradition in the science, technology, and application of compound semiconductors. ISCS-2005 will address III-V and II-VI compound semiconductors as well as SiGe, SiC, and related alloys.

The 32^nd ISCS (ISCS-2005) will be held September 18 - 22, 2005 at the “Europa-Park”, Rust near Freiburg, Germany.
