A limited number of late news papers, relevant to the topics of ISCS-2005, will be accepted by the program committee. Late news papers will be considered between July 1 – August 21, 2005 and will be given as poster presentations.

Abstract format guidelines
The format for ISCS-2005 late news abstracts consists of one page of text and one page of figures. Page size should be ISO A4 (210 X 297 mm) with margins of 2.5 cm all around, using only standard fonts Times New Roman and Symbols with a font size of 12 pt. The abstract should be converted in Adobe pdf-format.

The text page should include the authors' names, address and affiliation. Please identify the corresponding author in the footnote of the first page with email address, phone and fax number.

Abstract submission instructions for late news papers
Abstracts for late news papers must be submitted as an email attachment in Adobe pdf-format to
abstract-iscs2005@iaf.fraunhofer.de. The deadline for submission of late news abstracts is August 21, 2005. Please do not fax or mail hardcopies of the abstract.

Accepted late news papers will be included in the Symposium Proceedings, published as a hardcover edition in physica status solidi (c) following normal reviewing procedure.
